Job Title: Head Barista Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team. As the Head Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our coffee service, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of baristas, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our cafe\'s beverage program. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Train and mentor barista staff on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and caf\xc3\xa9 procedures.
- Ensure consistent execution of beverage recipes and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Place orders for coffee and beverage supplies based on inventory levels and projected sales.
- Develop and update beverage menus in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints related to coffee service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate beverage orders with food orders during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for beverage preparation and service.
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Head Barista: 7 years (Preferred)
