Proven experience as a barista (2+ years preferred).
Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
