Job Purpose
In consultation with the Human Capital Management, contribute to the formulation and implementation of consistent human resource systems, policies, and practices across all Nawah. Lead the continuous improvement approach to ensure that the most effective, fit for purpose service is delivered in alignment with the Business Services operating model.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Process Automation & Projects
• Lead studies and analysis of user requirements from various HC areas to evaluate the required updates in light of the existing features of all HC solutions and ensure getting the maximum value
• Conduct studies and initiate actions what would support the automation of the HC processes.
• Lead the planning, prioritizing, organizing and recommending the approved projects list in line with the Human Capital Business Plan.
• Supervise and control the new implementation of approved related projects until completion phase and users satisfaction.
• Control and monitor the implementation of new SAP HC projects, to ensure the adaptation of such projects to company's scope , specifications, and priorities
• Align the project plans, timing and milestones with information Technology to ensure timely launch projects to company's scope, specifications, and priorities. of the updates in SAP and other system without any delay.
• Ensure the incorporation of HC Automation Requirements in EICT Strategy, Plans, and Budget.
Process integration & Optimization.
• Lead the assessment of the need for incorporating any changes in HC system, study the Implications
of changes in relation to their impact on other and related systems and ensure proper handling of implementation of changes, with EICT.
• Participate and contribute in the major IT projects related to company strategy where HC systems play
a role, such as Master date management, segregation of duties "SOD" and governance risk & competence
• Manage the Manager Self Service systems and employee self service, and other user access to different
modules and systems to ensure that the systems are meeting the information requirements, and support the future business plans for HC
Responsibilities & Accountabilities (contd.)
Application Support, Dashboard & Data Management
• Manage systems and problem solving studies in both SAP and Non SAP applications, Applying the
• security system / configuration / procedure to ensure the proper implementation.
• Provide system support to all HC applications to assure non stop trouble free operation.
• Perform data quality audits and liaise with expert users to solve and correct the problem areas and propose process to improve these results.
• Train and coach the system users on regular basis, to ensure their capabilities for the best usage of the
recent or all system features.
• Monitor systems users' performance in respect of SAP issues, workload, slippage reports to the management and company management.
• Control and track system problems during and after the implementation and provide solutions to solve these problems.

Relevant Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience
