Accordingly, the company established the largest and most advanced Electro-Optics Centre of Excellence (EOCE) in the region and first of its kind in the UAE.Job Summary:HC Associate (Human Capital Division)To perform all employee relations activities in compliance with EARTH policy & procedures and UAE government rules & regulations.Key Accountabilities:
Maintain all employee records (physical storage and in HRIS) as per the EARTH IT security policy and prevailing regulations of UAE
Perform all the activities related to renewal of employee insurance administration etc. for pension plans and medical insurance among other benefits
Forward all Purchase requisition and invoices related to business trips, training, annual passage, repatriation passage of employees from suppliers to Specialist - ER & Payroll to endorse to HC & Admin Director.
Perform employee terminations activities related to resignations, medical issues, death, disciplinary, transfer etc.
Process all overtime, reimbursements, deductions and monthly payroll
Incorporate employee status changes in the monthly payroll
Perform end of service benefit (EoSB) calculations and complete all activities related to separation of an employee in compliance with EARTH exit management process in order to issue EoSB cheques on time
Incorporate employee status changes in the monthly payroll
Include all new joiners are included in the monthly payroll
Process employee benefits claims for finalizing the monthly payroll
Perform payroll headcount reconciliation
Comply with UAE Labour law, immigration laws, management and government reporting requirements and quality management standards
Prepare and analyze comprehensive employee relation & payroll report on weekly/monthly basis to reflect the status of section progress and activities
Experience & Education Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employee relations & payroll function in public/private sector organization/ defence engineering organization
Bachelor degree in human resource or equivalent
Master degree in human resource or equivalent
Professional certification in human resource (CIPD, SHRM, GPHR)
