Job description
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, partnerships, products, and services.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement the company targets.
Have a good understanding of the businesses such as management, HR, IT, and Purchasing services and be able to advise others about them.
Discuss the promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
Engage with the product manager to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to carry out sales forecasts.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services to increase the sales channels.
Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes, and operations.
Report sales results to management on a regular basis.
Job Requirments:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5 years experience in Business Development at least, with a minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, and PR.
Consulting or service providing, or related industry experience is a plus.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Research skills and analytical thinking.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Excellent listening and presentation abilities with excellent writing skills.
Strong Communication Skills with an energetic personality.
Ability to interact with different cultures.
