With a minimum of five years of woodworking experience, you'll play a crucial role in crafting top-tier hardwood furniture and home accessories. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

1. Crafting Premium Hardwood Furniture: - Responsibility: Create premium hardwood furniture pieces, such as lounge chairs, artwork, and coffee tables, following design blueprints and quality standards. - Qualification: Minimum five years of carpentry or woodworking experience.

2. Precision Cutting and Joinery: - Responsibility: Make precise measurements, cuts, and joinery techniques to ensure furniture integrity and aesthetic appeal. - Qualification: Proficiency in woodworking techniques, including cutting, shaping, and finishing.

3. Understanding of Wood Expansion and Contraction: - Responsibility: Anticipate and address wood movement due to changes in humidity and temperature to maintain furniture durability. - Qualification: Knowledge of how different hardwood species respond to environmental changes.

4. Finishing and Detailing: - Responsibility: Apply stains, finishes, and sealants to enhance hardwood beauty, paying attention to detail in sanding and shaping. - Qualification: Eye for detail and commitment to achieving high-quality finishes.

5. Customization and Collaboration: - Responsibility: Collaborate with designers and clients to understand custom design requirements and preferences. - Qualification: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

6. Quality Control: - Responsibility: Conduct quality control checks to ensure furniture meets company standards. - Qualification: Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high quality.

7. Equipment Maintenance: - Responsibility: Maintain woodworking tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. - Qualification: Ability to operate tools safely and perform routine maintenance.
