To be fully aware of the maintenance request procedure and ensure that it is followed and carried out at all times.
To be instructed by the relevant supervisor of his duties in regards to maintaining guest room and public areas to the highest possible standard.
To be fully versed and capable in electrical, plumbing and painting requirements related to the designated areas of work (should be multi-skill).
To be practically adaptable and willing to take on works and requirements.
To promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are well maintained.
Familiarize himself with the total building layout.
To be fully aware of and carryout healthy and safe work practices at all times.
Always ensure that the guest room is left clean and in perfect working condition after completion of any work performed.
Ensure that all tools in the maintenance cart are kept clean and in good condition.
To be fully aware and conversant of Accor spirit, values and goals and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
