Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and painting.
• Repair and install fixtures, furniture, and appliances.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, including repairs and installations.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance work performed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a holiday homes.(2 years or more)
• Valid UAE License
• Strong technical skills and knowledge in various repair and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
