Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Handover Executive to join our team.

What he will be doing:

• Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, client support, project departments) to ensure projects are ready for handover.
• Schedule and conduct property handover appointments with clients.
• Document and report any issues or defects requiring rectification.
• Prepare and organize all necessary handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards during the handover process.
• Address any last-minute concerns or issues raised regarding finishing and handover stage.
• Prepare regular reports on handover status for management.
• Follow up regarding post-handover to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

What we are expecting from you:

• Proven experience in customer service, development, or property management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software.
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
