Job Description

1. Hair Services

Perform haircuts, trims, and styling based on client preferences. Provide hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments. Offer hair treatments such as keratin, protein, and deep conditioning. Style hair for special occasions like weddings, parties, and events. Perform hair straightening, curling, and blow-drying.
2. Customer Consultation & Satisfaction

Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on hair care, suitable hairstyles, and treatments. Recommend and promote salon products for hair maintenance.
3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and workstations. Follow salon hygiene and safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals. Ensure compliance with salon policies and health regulations.
4. Teamwork & Salon Support

Assist in managing salon appointments and walk-in clients. Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques through training.
5. Sales & Promotions

Upsell and cross-sell salon services and products. Participate in salon promotions, special offers, and client loyalty programs. Help in achieving salon revenue targets through excellent service.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
