Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting & Styling:

Provide precision haircuts based on client preferences, face shape, and hair texture. Offer hairstyling services for various occasions (e.g., weddings, parties, everyday styles).

Coloring & Treatments:

Apply hair color, highlights, and lowlights according to client needs. Perform color corrections when needed. Provide chemical treatments like perms or straightening treatments.

Consultation:

Advise clients on suitable hair care treatments based on their hair type and concerns. Discuss styles, trends, and possible options with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Hair Care:

Perform deep conditioning treatments, scalp massages, and other hair health services. Recommend and sell hair care products to clients to maintain hair quality.

Customer Service:

Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business. Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon.

Upkeep of Tools & Equipment:

Keep hairdressing tools (e.g., scissors, clippers, brushes) clean and in good working condition. Maintain a sanitary and safe working environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
