DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to clients/guests
• Able and help to increase the Sales.
• Able to promote as well our services and company.
• Exhibit a professional and well-groomed appearance every time
• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers 'expectations
• Being able to understand and use universal precautions when providing services, including assessing guest hair conditions before commencing any treatments
• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
• Listening to client needs to determine their preferences.
• Shampooing, cutting, coloring and highlighting hair.
• Performing scalp treatments as required.
• Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products.
• Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
• Focus on selling and up selling thru friendly and efficient service.
• Promote other spa/salon services by suggesting to guests' other beneficial treatments offered by the spa/salon.
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
• Address and answer customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
• Ensure the sanitation of all equipment, cleaning and disinfecting all tools on a daily basis
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
• Reports to immediate manager problems, issues and concern related to operations.
• Handle customer complaints as per job knowledge and address it to supervisor and/or manager
• Perform any other duties as directed by the manager owner or the owner's representative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a certificate/license from a cosmetology school with at least 4\+ years working experience as a hair stylist
• Proven knowledge of hair styling and treatment techniques such as Balayage, Ombre, Highlights, Lowlights, Color Melt, Permanent & Semi-permanent Color, Bleaching, Keratin Treatments, Protein Treatments, Hair Extensions etc.
• A wide pallet of styling and coloring techniques
• Proficiency with using hair styling and treatment equipment such as hot irons, curlers, blow-dryers and more
• Superb communication skills preferably both in English and Arabic
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can join immediately.
