Job Description

Experience Required: 2-5 years in professional hair coloring and hair treatments, with training experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions to teach techniques in hair coloring and hair treatments , including basic and advanced methods such as bleaching, highlights, lowlights, grey coverage, deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp therapies.
• Train staff on product knowledge, including color mixing, treatment product applications, and advanced techniques for various hair types.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise trainees during practical sessions for both hair coloring and treatments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new coloring and treatment techniques to the team.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and step-by-step guides for hair coloring and treatments.
• Mentor and assess trainees to ensure mastery of techniques and high-quality results.
• Provide guidance on client consultations, including color selection, treatment recommendations, and expectation management.
• Train staff on proper safety protocols, including the use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals.
• Monitor team progress and offer constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Assist in maintaining salon quality standards by ensuring consistent application of techniques and adherence to salon protocols.
