Job SummaryThe Hair Educator ensures the highest quality in the delivery of all HAIR & MAKE UP services across Bedashing.Key Reasponsibilities

Lead the hair stylists and make-up artists team: selection, training, evaluation and supervision
Deliver technical training and product knowledge training
Insure the right mix of services & products
Source and test new products and tools & equipment
Participate in photoshoots and events

Position RequirementsTech School, 9 to 10 Years work experienceEducation

Holder of international recognized degree and relevant certification related to the hair car.
Proven knowledge and skills in hair care.

Experirnce

Minimum 10 years of experience as Senior Hair Stylist in a prestigious hair salon or beauty lounge, of which at least 5 in UAE
Minimum 5 years' experience in training delivery
