Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for registration of patient, coordinating with coworkers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, symptom evaluation, and medical history review.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, medication charts, and treatment plans.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Education: Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including licensure, certification, and infection control protocols.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing appropriate interventions and support as needed.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns, preferences, and needs throughout the healthcare process.

Requirements:

• Nursing License: DOH eligibility/ License
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 2 Years
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
