Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. This role focuses on providing administrative and operational support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Open exclusively to UAE Nationals , this position is a part of our commitment to Emiratization program.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
o Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
o Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
o Handle requests for employment verification and other documentation.
Recruitment Support:
o Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates.
o Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
o Support onboarding activities, including document collection and induction planning.
Payroll and Benefits Support:
o Assist in processing payroll by collating and verifying employee data.
o Address employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and leave policies.
o Maintain and track employee attendance and leave records.
Employee Relations:
o Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
o Handle routine employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
HR Reporting:
o Generate HR reports as needed, such as headcount, turnover, and leave balances.
o Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a UAE National with a valid Emirati Family Book.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a must.
1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English .
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws is a plus.
