:Act as the subject matter expert in the Geozone to lead the alignment of answer products and solutions related to Reservoir Production and its integration with other subsurface domains and technologies. Provide technical support internally and externally, being the main point of contact between clients, operations, and global groups regarding ongoing operations and strategic opportunities related to their area of expertise, with a strong focus on the delivery of integrated, practical and cost-effective solutions to customer challenges. This role involves coaching and mentoring junior and mid-career employees in skills and abilities required to deliver commercial products and solutions related to Reservoir Production.Responsibilities:

• Leads technical interactions and coordination with customers as well as support WFRD sales teams to maintain and develop further business for Weatherford\'s various segments from the Reservoir Production expertise
• Ensures alignment of the Reservoir Production products including processing and interpretation, as well as integration with other relevant subsurface evaluation Reservoir Productions and product lines across the Geozone.
• Provides timely support to the operations teams on projects and studies related to their area of expertise and assist on post-well root-cause analysis relevant to area of expertise.
• Identifies and builds business cases for innovative applications and workflows in the geozone related to Reservoir Production domain in alignment with management priorities
• Drives the strategy throughout the Geozone for alignment of the Reservoir Production activities to support relevant product lines as established by management
• Tests software for Reservoir Production solutions and any related applications. Help with deploying this knowledge to Segments and clients for field testing and final implementation.
• Supports for technical training and competency content for Reservoir Production training courses and other relevant subjects.
• Participates actively in relevant technical societies (SPE, SPWLA, etc) according to business priorities
• Provides detailed analytical reports to management.
• Knows and understands Weatherford\'s Operational Excellence & Performance System (OEPS) and the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Performs various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
• Will also have responsibility for Safety, Quality, Finance and People Development

Skills & Experience:REQUIRED:

• 10+ years relevant experience providing Reservoir Production services.
• Advanced knowledge on Reservoir Production solutions and relevant technologies.
• BSc. In Engineering or Geoscience in an accredited university

PREFERRED

• 15+ years of relevant experience providing Reservoir Production services
• Experience in multiple subsurface domains
• Post-graduate studies related to Reservoir Production domain
