Fables Interior specializes in transforming spaces with quality craftsmanship and innovative design solutions. We are looking for a skilled Gypsum Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional interior finishes.

Position Overview:
The Gypsum Carpenter will be responsible for installing and finishing gypsum board (drywall) and related materials in residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install gypsum board (drywall) on walls and ceilings, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
• Measure, cut, and shape gypsum board to fit around obstacles and openings.
• Apply joint tape and compound to seams, corners, and screw holes to create a smooth surface.
• Sand and finish drywall to prepare for painting or other final finishes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with estimating materials and project timelines as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a gypsum carpenter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in drywall work.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)
