: Gypsum Carpenter

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Gypsum Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and installing gypsum-based structures and fixtures according to specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gypsum Installation: Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards and panels for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
• Framework Construction: Build frameworks for gypsum board layout and installation.
• Finishing Work: Apply tape, joint compound, and other materials to seal joints between plasterboards for smooth surfaces.
• Customization: Customize gypsum structures based on detailed drawings
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
• Tools and Equipment: Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders effectively and safely.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or defects in gypsum installations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gypsum Carpenter in the construction industry, preferably in Dubai.
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing gypsum boards and panels.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
