Masterminds Early Learning Center Dubai, UAESalary AED 9,000 - 12,500 monthly (tax-free) compensation based on quality & duration of experience; comprehensive medical insurance.Full Time Permanent (or part-time contract)Start date: January 2025Masterminds, Dubai's leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Gymnastics Teacher. Gymnastics is a core part of the curriculum at Masterminds with all children participating in gymnastics lessons 2 - 3 times per week. Experience working with young children below 6 years is important for this role.

- Spoken and Written Fluency in English
- At least 3 years\' experience in teaching Gymnastics
- Experience working with young children below 6 years of age
- Flexibility to customize the gymnastics/physical development program for students 2 - 6 years and 6 - 10 years.
- Open mindedness to learn new methodologies and activities as part of the Masterminds Physical Development Program
- Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
- Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role
- Highly organized
- Good problem solving skills
- Flexibility and creative thinking
- Conducting small group and individual gymnastics lessons
- Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a life-long learner
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to all Centre matters at all times.
