Job Description

: We are seeking a friendly and experienced Freelance Gymnastics & Yoga Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics and yoga sessions to our guests and members, catering to a variety of skill levels and age groups. The coach will play a key role in promoting fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct gymnastics and yoga classes for individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels (majorly children).
• Create engaging and effective class routines that cater to the needs of participants.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes.
• Provide personalized coaching and support to help participants achieve their fitness goals.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all members and guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gymnastics and yoga techniques, trends, and best practices.
• Assist in the development and promotion of fitness programs and events.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals and staff to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Certified Yoga Instructor and/or Certified Gymnastics Coach.
• Proven experience in coaching gymnastics and yoga to various age groups and skill levels.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and practices in gymnastics and yoga.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work on weekends and holidays.
