Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to clients' individual goals and fitness levels. Provide one-on-one coaching, group classes, and fitness assessments. Ensure clients perform exercises with proper form and technique to prevent injury. Motivate and inspire clients to push past their limits and achieve real results. Offer nutritional guidance and lifestyle tips to support clients' fitness journeys. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fitness trainer or in a related role. Certification in personal training (e.g., REPS UAE, NASM, ACE, ISSA) or equivalent. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate clients. Knowledge of strength training, weight loss, and general fitness principles. Passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others achieve their goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
