Align Fitness is seeking a dynamic and motivated Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations and drive the success of our fitness center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role requires balancing business operations with member satisfaction, team management, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Ensure the gym operates smoothly and efficiently during all hours of operation.
• Monitor and maintain all gym equipment, facilities, and amenities.
• Manage inventory for supplies, retail products, and equipment parts.
• Member Engagement:
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Address member feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement programs, classes, and events to engage members and boost retention.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage gym staff, including personal trainers, receptionists, and cleaning personnel.
• Schedule and oversee employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Oversee membership sales and manage promotions or special offers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute advertising campaigns and partnerships.
• Financial Oversight:
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to meet financial goals.
• Prepare and present reports on gym performance and growth metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and address potential hazards promptly.
• Stay updated on industry standards and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in gym or fitness center management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in business management software and familiarity with fitness technology.
• Certified in CPR, first aid, and AED (preferred).
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
