Job Title: Manager for Lay and Sway Yoga and Fitness Studio

Location: Al Ain, Makani Mall - Zakher

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

Lay and Sway is a premier yoga and fitness studio located in the heart of Al Ain, dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and fitness for women. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced manager to join our team and lead our studio to new heights.

Responsibilities:

o? ?Oversee daily operations of the yoga and fitness studio.

o? ?Manage and schedule staff, including instructors and administrative personnel.

o? ?Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

o? ?Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

o? ?Monitor and manage studio finances, including budgeting and expense control.

o? ?Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff.

o? ?Organize and promote special events, workshops, and classes.

o? ?Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

o? ?Female candidates only must as the studio is for females only.

o? ?Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role within a fitness or gym setting.

o? ?Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

o? ?Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

o? ?Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o? ?Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

o? ?Must be available to join immediately.
