Gym Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Gym Instructor to join our team. As a Gym Instructor, you will play a vital role in guiding our members toward their fitness goals while ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments for new members to determine their current fitness level, goals, and any health concerns.
• Develop personalized workout plans tailored to individual members' goals, fitness levels, and specific needs or restrictions.
• Instruct members on proper exercise techniques using various gym equipment, demonstrating correct form and providing feedback.
• Monitor members' progress over time, adjusting workout plans as needed and providing motivation and support.
• Offer guidance on nutrition, hydration, recovery, and lifestyle habits to support members' overall well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean gym environment by enforcing gym policies, educating members on equipment usage and safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer or Gym Instructor certification from a reputable organization.
• Having good knowledge of handling social medias and creating content
• Previous experience working as a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary AED 1500-2000
