responsibilities:
orchestrate day-to-day Front Office operations, from reviewing arrivals, room allocations, amenities, ensure special request are done and more.
coordinate with other departments and outside suppliers if needed to ensure excellent service delivery.
manage guests requests and answer their inquiries
address guests complaints, escalate matters if needed and follow up on corrective actions
ensure all related departments and personals are up-to-date with daily schedules, expectations and requests
introduce PAUSEAWAY and the property and its facilities to guests
establish friendly relationships with guests
pick up B2C sales calls and answer prospect guests inquiries
Requirements
bachelor's degree is preferred
relevant experience in a similar position is preferred
previous experience working in the hospitality industry OR with lifestyle brands is preferred
excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English
proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
creative problem-solver and organizational abilities
must understand the company concept and be align with the vision
ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
