DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Guest Services Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

• Welcome all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional staying experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships
• Offer courteous and personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Stay attentive to guests\' needs and promptly address any inquiries, requests or complaints
• Report guest complaints or issues to supervisors if an immediate solution cannot be found, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all hotel services, facilities as well as promotions to be able to give accurate information to the guests
• Update room allocations for all guests and ensure timely follow-up on special requirements requested by guests
• Maintain awareness of hotel activities and effectively hand over pending points for the next shift\'s follow-up and action
• Conduct any other related tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or related field
• Should have a minimum of 1 year work experience in hotel operations
• Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
• Must have a customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Should be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and the ability to adapt to various departments within the hotel
