Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the guest services department Train and develop guest services staff to provide outstanding customer service Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests Implement and maintain guest service standards and protocols Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements as needed Handle escalated guest issues and provide timely resolutions
Requirements: Proven experience as a Guest Services Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation processes Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism Familiarity with local attractions and services Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
