An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join Premium Leisure Club department in Madinat Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival to the lounge and register them as well as issuing room keys in the appropriate welcome booklet.
Take payment from guests on departure and close their bills correctly.
Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements.
Ensures that the Lounge is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at all times.
To serve food and beverage to guests in the Premium Leisure Club according to the established performance standards.
To use discretion and tact when dealing with guest enquiries, problems and complaints in an efficient and professional manner without detriment to the hotel and/ or its reputation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
A minimum of One year guest service experience in a similar role in a luxury
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Applications as well as Front Office Applications (Opera)
Should have Food & Beverage knowledge or experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Additional language is an added value
