JPC - 3349 - Guest service operativeLocation: Abu DhabiJob Title: Guest Services Operative (Facilities) Job Grade: Reports to: Duty Manager Department: OperationsDirect Hire RoleJOB PURPOSE To be the key interface customers using the facilities within the complex. Undertake day-to-day operational duties as assigned by the duty manager while providing a high standard of guest services within the facilityDay- to-day operations Provide a range of reception service duties Attend to customer\'s requirements and questions Share information regarding the services available in the facility Renting out equipment and assigning facilities to customers Collecting payment following financial procedures When required checking of customers tickets related to services to be provided Giving safety instructions to the customers and helping them with various systems Reporting faults to maintenance staff Answering and making phone calls in appropriate manner Taking reservations and organizing bookings Maintain and manage customer\'s data and ensure accurate records Record and track customer\'s complaints and feedback Report on customer issues to management Share knowledge and ideas to improve the service offeredJob Specific Accountability Full responsibility for the customer services within each of the facilities Ensure all cash and payment processes are followed To ensure all promotions and cross selling of activities take place Assisting other team members Ensuring the customer has an enjoyable experience.Policies, Processes & Procedures Continuous Improvement Related Assignments Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. Health, Safety, Security & Environment Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety , security and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, compliance and a responsible environmental attitude. 5. Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar customer related environment.
