Elevate the guest experience by joining us as a Guest Service Manager! We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to lead our guest service team and ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our patrons.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the guest service team
Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns
Train and mentor guest service staff
Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Implement and maintain guest service policies
Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction metrics
Requirements:Proven experience as a Guest Service Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
