Job Title: Guest Service Executive

Salary: AED 3,000 per month

We are seeking a proactive and friendly Guest Service Executive with hospital experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient and visitor experience by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
• Address inquiries and provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
• Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient flow and experience.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest services.
• Support special events and initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a guest services or customer service role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management software is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
