Our Cafe is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions about the menu and ensuring overall satisfaction about their order. Welcome all our Guests with a smile, friendly and professional approach at all times. Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests Have thorough knowledge of Cash handling procedures and maintain an accurate float. Balances cash drawer/ float by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift and ensure timely remittance of sales to cash control Consistently upsell/cross-sell and promote products, activities, and services to generate additional revenue Proactively anticipate, listen to guests needs and concerns and act appropriately to resolve any issues in a timely manner in adherence to companys guest complaint policy Handle guest checkouts efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. Should be pro-active, smart, service-mind and friendly Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and a fast learner Maintain awareness and ability to act or respond to any emergency situations while ensuring guest safety Essentials: Higher secondary or equivalent Minimum 1-year operational experience in a Guest Service Associate English proficiency (spoken & written) Basic computer knowledge Ability and genuine willingness to entertain/engage guests Flexibility, high levels of respect and integrity Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Experience:
