This position plays an integral role in the operation of the hotel and will ensure that all of our customers receive the highest level of service and support.The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including check-in, check-out, answering the phone, responding to customer inquiries, and handling guest complaints. The successful candidate will need to be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as empathy and understanding. They must also be adept at problem-solving, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.The specific duties and responsibilities of this position include:
Greet guests in person and over the phone, answer inquiries, and provide guests with relevant information
Take reservations and process guest payments
Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ensure guests have a pleasant stay by offering assistance as required
Respond to alarm and emergency calls and take necessary actions
Provide updates to supervisors and managers regarding customer satisfaction
Report any damages or issues to appropriate personnel
