Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and directions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any guest issues.
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, and any special guest requests.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and generating reports.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
