As a Guest Service Agent, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service in a courteous manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include:

• Taking reservations and managing the booking process
• Warmly greeting and registering guests upon arrival
• Providing outstanding guest service throughout their stay
• Settling guest accounts accurately and efficiently upon departure
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and comments promptly and effectively
• Ensuring that guests' needs and preferences are met to enhance their overall experience

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Prior experience in front office operations in a resort or hotel is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Proficiency in Ms Office & Opera software
• Experience with Opera PMS preferred, with at least 1 year of experience

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
