Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction & Assistance:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during their stay.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient registration and billing.
• Handle inquiries about room availability, hotel facilities, and local attractions.
• Reservations & Room Management:
• Manage room reservations through phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and special requests, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Concierge & Guest Services:
• Offer concierge services, including making restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, and booking tours or activities.
• Provide detailed information about local attractions, dining options, and events.
• Complaint Resolution:
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, providing resolutions that ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering) to resolve issues related to guest rooms and services.
• Billing & Payment Processing:
• Process payments accurately, including room charges, credit card transactions, and other incidental fees.
• Prepare detailed billing statements for guests at check-out, resolving any discrepancies.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Maintain effective communication between front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Log guest requests and complaints for follow-up and ensure they are addressed efficiently.
• Guest Relations & Retention:
• Develop rapport with repeat guests, remembering their preferences and anticipating their needs to enhance their experience.
• Promote loyalty programs, upsell hotel services, and amenities when appropriate.
