Guest Service Agent (russian Speaker)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Processing guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling room assignments and payments.
• Providing information about resort facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Ensuring the privacy and security of guest information.
• Coordinating with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,900.00 per month
