Job Description
Two years' experience working for hotel; and/or other guest service-related experience.
Opera knowledge is a must
Strong organization and time management skills
Proven ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast paced environment
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Opera Sales & Catering
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
Keen attention to detail and timeliness.
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
