Harmony Medical Group is looking for a passionate GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR to join our team. As a GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR , you will be responsible for maintaining good patient relations & making sure that the patients will have an excellent experience.
Responsibilities
-Oversee the guest relations team and ensure a high standard of customer service.
-Act as the main point of contact for patients and visitors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
-and manage patient reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
-Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and special arrangements.
-Implement and maintain patient satisfaction programs and initiatives.
-Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance patient service skills.
-Handle and resolve escalated patient/guest issues in a professional and effective manner.
-Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding and addressing concerns as needed.
-Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
-Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests/patients
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or graduated in Dentistry.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Guest Relation Supervisor and/or 2 years' experience in Dental settings.
- High level of integrity and professionalism
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong leadership and organizational abilities
-Ability to handle guest/patient issues with diplomacy and resolution
-Knowledge of customer service best practices and medical industry standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
