We urgently hire a Guest Relations Officer (Arabic Speaking) for a leading Holiday Homes in Downtown Dubai.
• Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa is required
• HOTEL (5•) experience or more specifically Holiday Homes experience is required
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services is Important
• Age Maximum 35 Years Old and pleasing personality.
• Preferably with basic working knowledge of Property Management Systems
• At least 2 to 3 years UAE experience is Required.
• Good English communication skills.
:
• Coordinating/calling with guests before arrival.
• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Receiving the guest, and scheduling to the appropriate apartment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisor, make appropriate documentation, collect charges and booking fees, and make check-in and out.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services, such as dining options, recreation facilities, and transportation
• Suggest activities and restaurants to the guests.
Qualifications:
• Well educated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve problems and think critically
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in computer software programs
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
