Role Summary:
The Guest Relations Agent will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, providing information about PSI's services, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Inquiries Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs.
• Property Tours: Coordinate and conduct property viewings for potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records of client interactions, schedule appointments, and support the sales and leasing teams with necessary documentation.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, open houses, and client engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, or other languages) are a plus.
