Review arrival lists to welcome guests
Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
Record information in the logbook daily
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 1 year Guest Relations experience preferably in a four or five-star hotel
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to develop positive rapport with colleagues and management staff
Dynamic and positive energy
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Able to exercise good judgment with difficult guests
