Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized and guest-focused individual to manage check-in/check-out processes, inspect properties, and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct efficient check-in/check-out processes for guests

- Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards

- Manage guest relations, addressing queries and concerns

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

- Maintain property inventory and report damages

- Drive to properties for inspections and guest services (own car required)

- Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person

- Update guest information and reservation details

- Preferred: Holiday homes experience

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or holiday homes

- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Basic computer skills (e.g., property management software)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals

- Knowledge of Dubai's geography and attractions

- Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian)
