Job Description

We are hiring a person for Guest Relation Officer position with Emirates Driving License who have experience in Dubai roads.

Responsibilities

1. Accompany clients for viewing of properties managed by APAL Holiday Homes Rental.

2. Do check ins and check outs.

3. Visit and do inspections for all properties managed by APAL Holiday Homes.

4. Purchase materials and missing items for all apartments when needed.

5. Handling all complains from guests and responds efficiently to clients.

6. Schedule maintenance and cleanings for the apartments.

All other information will be provided upon interview.

Salary: From AED 5,000 - AED 8,000/month (depends on experience) + commission

Experience:

• Operations and Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• guest relation officer: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)

License/Certification:

• Emirates Driver License (Required)
