The Guest Relation Officer will be the main point of contact for our holiday home guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with information about the holiday homes, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure accommodations are clean and in good condition.
- Assist guests with booking activities, transportation, and other services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and accommodations.
- Follow up with guests during and after their stay to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare welcome packages and personalized notes for guests.
- Assist in managing reservations and occupancy schedules.
- Assist in the registrations of DTCM and Maintenance permits
- Proven experience in a guest relations or guest service role, preferably in Holiday Homes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using property management software and portals like booking.com, airbnb , propertyfinder etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training /certification or bachelors degree is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience in managing holiday homes or short-term rental properties.
