Role Description
Welcoming guests and providing them with directions, information, and assistance. Handling incoming calls and connecting them to guests. Meeting, greeting, and escorting VIP guests. Handling complaints and concerns. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, preferences, and complaints. Assist in developing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
