• Offer constantly professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
• Be available for guests at all times
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages(Arabic) are a plus
