• Computer knowledge -Handling software packages, MS-Office
• Appointment handling, attending to customers, Enquiry and follow up calls
• Passion to learn and grow along with the business
• Sales building and suggestive selling
• Billing, maintaining records/ Insurance details/ Sales and other reports
• Good command over English language (Knowledge of Arabic language would be an advantage)
• Dispensing products
• Empathetic and caring
