We are seeking an exceptional and personable Female Guest Relation Ambassador with proven experience in the travel and tourism industry. Key Responsibilities
• Guest Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Tailored Services: Customize travel plans and tourism recommendations to suit individual guest preferences and requirements.
• Coordination: Work with tour operators, transportation providers, and hospitality partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints or challenges with a calm and solution-focused approach.
• Cultural Representation: Leverage your cultural understanding and background to connect with guests on a personal level, enhancing their experience.
• Hospitality Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards, adhering to company policies and tourism regulations.
• Feedback Management: Collect and document guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Multicultural Communication: Engage effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: At least 2 of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or tourism, preferably with international clientele.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of travel trends, popular destinations, and tourism services.
• Professionalism: High level of poise, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and office software.
• Flexibility: Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed in the tourism industry.
